Store Terms & Return Policy

Your Flying Camera Drone will gladly accept returns/exchanges for products that are found to be defective due to defects in the manufacturer process or workmanship for up to 30 days after the date of sale (In accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions).

To initiate a return, please call or email us for a RTU tracking number, This will need to be included with your package when sent for return. Under no circumstances will Your Flying Camera Drone accept a return without an RTU tracking number, you require a tracking number and authorization before sending a product for return. 

All sales are final for the following:

  • Used drones.
  • Custom built or custom configured Drones
  • Clearance and reduced to clear or reduced price Drones and items.

If pricing mistakes are made at the store or on the website, we are not obligated to fulfil the order before clarifying the correct price.

 Under no circumstances will Your Flying Camera Drone be liable for any sort of refund, compensation, or repair for a product that has been abused, crashed, changed, or otherwise modified unless modified by us as a custom built product built by Your Flying Camera Drone.

Your Flying Camera Drone is not responsible for the costs of shipping for warranty / out of warranty returns or replacements. If your product is found to be eligible for warranty repair, we will repair and/or replace the product at no additional cost, other than the shipping charge for us to send the new/repaired product back to you.

 We reserve the right to apply a 20% "restocking charge" on all returns, and all returns must be in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return. Refunds will not be issued until we have received and inspected the product. The responsibility of secure packing and care of the equipment until it reaches Your Flying Camera Drones location is up to the customer.

Anything sold as a "kit", or any product that is sold requiring user assembly, due to the nature of kits, is not eligible for returns or refunds.

Any other return situation will be handled on a case by case basis.

We provide support only for products we sell, and only for products that were purchased from us directly.

We are not responsible to any loss of opportunity or monetary loss due to non-functioning equipment and the time it takes to perform an exchange of said equipment.
